    thought id start one of these and then well i wont be able to cheat LOL always somone checking up on me as it were! ...........:p

    Sat...

    B= Cereal-2.5

    Lunch= Soupful-3.5
    Melba Thins - 1

    Tea= Curry of some sort yet to point!

    Snacks! = Go Ahead Crisps 1.5
    Apple -.5
    WW Biccie - 1.5

    this is todays menu! im on 22 a day but am aiming at 20 as sts last week! ........ i may add 2 toast to the list so thats 3 .. but am going to buy 50/50 today! woohooo :party0049:

    Toast= 2

    L- not sure yet!

    T- Roast beef and all the trimmings about 7 ?

    S- ww biccies 1.5
    apple .5
    Go ahead crisps 1.5

    D- stuffed chick breast and wedges with salad .... 6 (i think)

    Snacks = ww biccies 1.5
    s.f jelly ??
