Pizza tonite - help required

Dear All

I am making a pizza tonite - on a red day and want to make ham & pineapple.

I know the rules about cooking pineapple in case you overeat etc. But there are only going to be a few cubes- do I really need to SYN them?
If yes would I be better off putting them on afterwards raw? This is my predicament as I can't see the difference really

It's 1 syn per cooked ring I believe. I would syn them.

I believe the cooking side of it is also because cooking the fruit changes the sugars too.

Oh man it was so bloody good - but I can't move!!!!! I used a Warburtons Square Wrap - 8 syns - but hugely worth it !!! The rest was free or HEB & HEA

and my plates are very big

Yes I do - I have just added it to My Wise Main Meal Recipes on the recipes section
