Please can someone check my green day?

A bear on a mission!
Is this ok or am I going wrong anywhere?

Doing a green day today here is my menu:

B: Oatso simple with banana (milk from allowance, HE etc)
S: Grapes/Muller light
L: Pasta with spinach/tomatoes/onion/peppers/mushrooms mixed in quark.eggs & fromage frais - was experimenting so like a carbonara
Also got an orange & grapes
D: Peppers stuffed with quorn bolognaise/rice made with quorn mince, onion, mushrooms, tin tomatoes, peppers, herbs, garlic & rice and maybe have a few SW Chips on the side.

Haven't thought of syns but will save for later

I'm not sure, any ideas? Do I need to have them?

Theres more veg in my pasta thing than I thought have brocoli & cauliflour too lol#

I'm trying my best to drink loads of water & had a black coffee at 11am & will maybe have a green tea later
 
To us a heb up could you not melt some cheese on the top of your pepper for tea.

I like that analogy HH, at least its a a non fattening cake :D
 
Yes you need to have your hex's otherwise you're not following the plan.

My son likened SW to baking a cake, he said if you didn't put in all the ingredients you wouldn't expect it to turn out ok.

How did the pasta, carbonara dish turn out, it sounds yummy:)

That's a great way to look at it.

It was lovely, just like a veggie carbonara I suppose. I added garlic/herbs to.

Oh what to use my HEX's on....
 
Olive oil for your SW chips.....and HEA - got any babybels? you could melt them on top of the pasta! xxx

Brilliant that's it that's what I'm going to use..
