I have just had one of those weeks this week :cry:I really feel the need to moan! I'm sorry in advance!

I had a high syn weekend, sat was okish, but Sunday ended up being a 53.5 syn day:( and I haven't been able to control them since! Monday wasn't too bad, but I could help but attack the pasties I was making for the kids yesterday (ended up having 3 :() and today I've had a bit of a bread moment having an extra 3 slices (after I'd already had my B choice - EE day) I have no idea why I'm so hungry all the time right now :(

I'm such an idiot because I know I'm only 2lb from my 2 stone award!

Grrr........ sorry just needed to get it off my chest before I fall off the wagon any more!

I think what I'm actually really upset about is how hard on myself I'm being :( I shoul just get over it and move on but card until the reult of tomorrows WI! Can someone please put the clock forward until about 10am tomorrow please? It'll all be over by then!

Don't beat yourself up about it hun, what's done is done, you can't change it, so expect the worst tomorrow and fix it next week but don't let it sabotage your weight loss. life's to short to worry about what you have done, you should be focusing on what you're gonna do....
You'll be fine, good luck

all those naughty yet tasty things you've eaten and you're not sitting there being happy and enjoying them, your'e beating yourself up! DONT! stop it right now! you enjoyed the food and syns you ate and yes, you might put on this week, but so? you've lost nearly 2 stone! a little set back is nothing!

i think you should be happy with yourself, savour the taste of those lovely foods and then move on after your weigh day with a new aim for the week :)

You're right thank you. Time to sit down and plan everything for the week ahead.... I want a new sticker!!

Butt in gear time.... (I still want tomorrow over na ddone with though! ;))
