Please help - I don't understand!!!

    Hi everyone

    I'm really sorry if this question has been asked a million times (or maybe it's just me that doesn't understand?)... but I just can not get my head around EE!

    Please don't tell me to read the FAQ because I have over and over again but I still don't understand it!....

    Am I right in thinking the following...

    1) Syns as normal
    2) Only 1 of each HEA & HEB
    3) At each meal fill 2/3 of plate with superfree foods ie) fruit/salad/veg etc... .and the remainder of the plate with food that is free on either green or red (or both) eg) chicken and potatoes ?
    4) Snacking throughout the day can be on anything that is either superfree or free on red or green?.....

    How can it possible work? - I'm sorry for the 20 questions, could someone just help me out.. i've read through some of the food diaries and I still can't make head nor tail of it! Sorry x

    That is all correct except you fill your plate with 1/3 superfree, not 2/3!

    It does work, i think alot of people on here are proof of that! Stick with it :)

    Yep, up to 15 syns a day (should have at least 5 really), one HeA and one HeB, and you can snack on anything that is free/superfree on either red or green days (just dont go crazy on it so you are so full you cant move, lol).

    But it is only 1/3 of your plate needs to be superfree not 2/3 hun. So maybe 1/3 steamed veggies (superfree) with a grilled chicken breast and some new potatoes for example.

    I got quite set in my ways and used to only do red days with the occasional green, so I'm not 100% sure how it works either, but after restarting SW last week my Consultant wanted me to give EE a go for at least the first week and I've really enjoyed it. First weigh in tonight so we will see if it really works! I think by focusing on the 1/3 superfree you fill up on that first and then you aren't so hungry for too much else and aren't tempted to eat naughty things.

    Good luck with it hun, hope its making sense and it gets easier the more you do it I promise :D
