Basically EE is just all the free food from green, all the free food from red, is all completley free on EE. For that you then get 1 HEA and HEB rather than two.. and when counting syns you would take the higher value ( so if somthing is 4 syns on the red plan but 7 on the green, you would have to take 7) but EE is the main sw plan now, so you will notice the syn value will be in orange when showed in the magazine or in your book x

Yes that confused me too with the syn values thought have I got it so wrong all these months ha ha! Although I do mainly red anyway

LOL, im so sorry.. i didnt mean to confuse anyone! Iv been doing sw for so long now and tbh all my syns go on things that have the same value for either plan.. and as its all in orange now in the mags etc i dont think twice about it! .. blame it on the pregnancy brain!!
