Hello

This is my first time on here. :)
I was on the exante diet but i have now switched to Slim and Save and much prefer it. There are way more different flavours
and I think they are yummy :)

I was wondering if someone could help me....

I am doing the 3 products a day plus the protein and veg in the evenings and have a question. Can you put flavours onto the protein such a garlic, soy sauce or Chilli powder?

I would avoid fresh garlic but I've been using garlic and onion granules with no probs.

I would be careful with soy sauce too as it has a high salt content as it could cause you to retain water, you can get a reduced salt one though don't know how reduced.

I think the main thing to look out for when using flavourings is the salt, citric acid and sugar which can knock you out of ketosis
