Hi All,

I have always sworn by SW but have tired somewhat of red and green days so giving the extra easy plan a try!! It's taking a little time to get my head round it but i think i know what i'm doing!! lol.. i hope you will put me right if not though.

Starting SW Weigh = 10st5lbs
Target = 9stone

Monday, just getting to grips with it on monday so not perfect!
breakfast
Omelette with mushrooms a little cheese (half of HEA) plus cup of tea (2syns)
Lunch
Baked Potato (McCain frozen 1syn?) with beans, pineapple chunks (2syns).
Dinner
Chicken, potato, brocolli, carrot and cauliflower and muller light
Snacks
4 Glass of water
Total Syns 5


Tuesday (hopefully getting the idea by now!)
breakfast
Omelette with mushrooms a little cheese (HEA) plus cup of tea (2syns)
Lunch
Ham Sandwich with tomatos and strawberries (HEB)
Dinner
Syn Free Prawn Curry with tomatos, mushrooms, peppers, onions and half pouch of uncle bens microwave rice (1syn).
Snacks
Options hot choc (2syns) alpen light bar (3syns)
4 Glass of water
Total Syns 8

Wednesday (Didn't manage to get breakfast until 11am! hence small lunch!)
breakfast
Omelette with mushroom and bacon a little cheese (HEA) plus cup of tea (2syns)
Lunch
Strawberries and banana with natural low fat yoghurt (1/2 syn)
Dinner
Syn Free Salmon Curry! with tomatos, mushrooms, peppers, onions and half pouch of uncle bens microwave rice (1syn).
Snacks
Options hot choc (2syns) 2 alpen light bar (HEB)
4 Glass of water
Total Syns 5 and a half.


I reckon there could be a lot of curries for me as i find this to be the best way to make my veggies edible!!

All comments welcome along with any tips :)

WI yesterday - 9st11lb (-6.5lbs)

Have been pretty much following the above for the past 4 weeks!!

Breakfast - mushroom and cheese omelette & cup of tea (2syns)
Lunch - large bowl of strawbs and blueberries spinkled with splenda with 0% fat yog.
Dinner - Salmon with sweet chilli dipping sauce, rice and veg (5 syns)
Snacks - 2 * Alpen light bars and options hot choc (2syns)

Dinner - chip shop fish with batter removed a few chips and I mean just a few and a glass of wine

Lunch - large bowl of strawberrys and blueberries.
Dinner - chicken and veg skewers marinated in chilli sauce with vegetable boiled rice.

Breakfast - whole meal roll with bacon + cuppa tea (HEB)
Lunch - latte (HEA)
Dinner - chicken rice and veg (at restaurant so no idea how many syns as there was a sweet bbq type of sauce all over)

Plus way too much alcohol.. too many syns to count lol

Lunch - packet of ham cuppa tea (HEA)
Dinner - 1/2 chicken dansak (indian takeaway :-0)

Again too many drinks!!

After having a mixed week last week due to being away, this week i'm going for 100% which means no alcohol for me! Whilst the alcohol doesn't exactly have a load of calories in it, it's the eating that normally goes with a few drinks!!!

Lunch - Wholemeal Roll with bacon and egg and cuppa tea (HEB and HEA for milk in tea)
Dinner - Other half of chicken dansak from last night with added veg. (6.5 syns)
