Hey guys,
I'm thinking about trying protein shakes/powder/bars soon to up my protein when I start working out as I don't really have time to cook a lot of meat.
I know nothing about them, but wondering if anyone has pointed any protein shakes/powder/bars? If they are low enough then it may be the way forward for me.
