I was wondering. I am on 22 pts per day, i dont take into account my exercise pts.
lately i have noticed a pattern to my weeks, whereby i am really good for 4 - 5 days and then i slack off. so i thought that i would eat the minimum pts for those 4 days and have extra on the remaining 3.

i have forgotten, what is the minimum amount of pts that i need to eat daily and how many pts can i carry to another day maximum per week.

Hi im sure the min is 14 points and you can carry over 4 per day..
I dont tend to use my AP's so if i have a treat im not too worried..

thanks for that, i was unsure of what the minimum per day was. So if i have 18pts a day for the first 4 or 5 days of the week, then it would leave with potentially another 16 - 20 pts for those other days.
