Not sure if its a secret poll.... but i voted for *******

When we are calculating it at the end of the month we could add up the total score and divide it by the number of people in your team....if that makes sense. Not sure if it would work, perhaps make it 10 points for a loss, 5 for STS and 0 for a gain?? so its a good score to divide...
just an idea anyway, feel free to ignore it, just think that more people in the teams will result in less pressure if you have a gain, will not cause as many problems if people drop out and will be a jolly good laugh!
I am happy either way tho..
