poorly!

Hello!
So last week had an awful cold, this morning woken up with stomach bug...
Any advice on being poorly and cd? Obvs can't eat anything, but I can't.imagine wanting shakes... usually I get back to eating with toast or something... how will this all affect me? Xxx

Sorry you are not feeling well Charlotte but if you eat toast it will take you out of ketosis and you will feel the hunger pangs come back sometimes with a vengeance.

You could think about stepping up a plan and having a small meal of lean protein and veggies...or making a hot drink of skimmed milk.

If you can't face your shakes today you need to make sure you are drinking enough water as you do not want to get dehydrated.

Contact your CDC and see what she advises...
