Pork question

Are we allowed pork? I see it says not in the attack phase but then later in the book, still under attack is says you can have low fat sliced pork. I am confused

I think that is conso. Some people eat lean ham and I think in the American book pork is now allowed.

m-mouse is correct. In our book lean pork is allowed beginning in attack along with extra lean ham.

For pork: tenderloin, loin roast, or well-trimmed center-cut chops

For ham: He says low-fat ham with a fat content between 2 and 4 percent. In addition, avoid deli, smoked, and cured ham (which leaves baked?) Perhaps it would be best to leave ham for later! :D

so on attack roast pork loin would be ok so long as any fat is trimmed off?
