    Hey guys

Does anyone have any idea about calories in porridge oats? I allow 200 cals for bfast including my milk allowance for day, I normally have enough for cereal and 3 cups of tea (approx 200 - 250 ml of skimmed, 90 or so cals). How many g's of oats would make approx 110 cals?

    Hi Kimber

Just checked my A-Z of Calories book that I treated myself to today, it says -

porridge oats, dry weight 105 per 28g/1oz 2.2g of fat

    Hope that helps.

superfast porridge oats are 165cals for 50g (makes a lot) and they're even nice just with water. or add 34cals for 100ml of skimmed milk
