Hi all,

Have had a rough time if it over the last year or so. Gallbladder removal due to inflammation and stones plus bilary colic. Now bowel issues post removal. Havnt really been able to eat during all this and managed to lose 9 stone with meal replacement shakes. Things are improving slightly now but need to be careful as don't want to regain my weight. Trying to decide between slimfast and weight watchers. Both have plus points just not sure how my tum will react to the slimfast shakes without my gallbladder.

Sorry to hear...
there is probably a lot of info on the net...

i use vegan protien shakes shakes because I think vegan protien helps with low carb

it has all the amino acids and it's not flavoured or sweet
verry digeastable

Thanks clouddog :)

Looks like its going to be SF if my tummy can tolerate the shakes. 1st day back on today, 1 shake and 2 snacks down so far.
