Parmesan Chicken Recipe

Here you go lovely:
Ingredients: pack of Lean, Thin Turkey Fillets (8 in total) but you could use chicken breasts
3x 28g grated parmesan cheese (=3xHEA)
EDIT:
Breadcrumbs - I used 6x slices WW Danish Malted which covered all 8 pieces of turkey (and threw some away) = 2x HEB, so technically you could have the 3rd slice on the side (or a cheeky wedgy sarnie!)
or you can use 3x 28g dried breadcrumbs at 15 syns
Finely chopped lemon thyme
1 egg

Mix parmesan, breadcrumbs and lemon thyme in medium size mixing bowl
Beat egg pour into seperate bowl
Take one fillet, dip into egg and then drop into parmesan mixture and cover well (you could fry light for a couple of mins each side) I oven baked for 20 mins on 200 degrees
There were 8 pieces, OH and I had two each, daughter had 1, three leftover

Takes all of about 10 mins to prepare

That looks amazing!! How did you make your rice?

Thanks, first time I'd made the lamb burgers. They were yummy, will make again on kebabs sticks for the BBQ. The rice is just a packet of Batchelors savoury rice. It was looking a bit dry at the end so I added a dash more boiling water and took it off the heat while I dished up!

That one pot breakfast looks to die for - how do you make it jerricebenton please?

3 eggs
2 syn-free sausages
2 rashers of lean bacon, chopped
1 spring onion, chopped
1 large mushroom sliced
28g of cheese, grated (hea)
5 cherry tomatoes

Spray a tray with frylight, and add the sausages. Cook in the oven for 10 minutes. Whisk the eggs and add the grated cheese. Remove the tray from teh oven, add the chopped bacon & veg, and then tip in the egg mixture. Return to the oven for 15 minutes.

Me & my wee boy scoffed the lot between us :D
