I love the look of your crinkle chips - they look fab!! How are they BBQ chips - do you just sprinkle BBQ seasoning on?
Also what did you marinate your chicken in?

Oooh, can't believe I haven't looked in this thread before. Food porn! Looks delicious!

Here's a few things I've been eating recently:

hmmm...hungry now :p

Oooo did you post the recipes for this? I'd love some Vegan mayo ( I'm veggie but try and eat Vegan as much as I can!)

I got it from this site and it's dead easy!

2x 400g tinned tomatoes
1x 400g tin of baked beans
400g cooked sliced carrots
1tsp liquid chicken bovril
3 pickled onions
1/2 pt water

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth. Heat through on the hob or in the microwave. Enjoy!

Serves 4, syn free on Green and EE

I made half the quantity, and used a real onion with 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar instead of the pickled onions. :)

This soup is amazing, i've just made it (even used the picked onions lol)
thank you for sharing :)

I have just made and eaten this 7 inch thin and crispy pizza and I am in heaven!

I make wholemeal bread rolls most days. I do the dough in the breadmaker then roll them out and bake them in the oven. Today I decided to roll one as thinly as possible before baking and this is the result.

1 wholemeal roll - hexB
1 oz Kerry Low Low cheese - hexA
1 tsp sundried tomato paste - 2 syns?
shallot
mushroom
jalapeno
sweetcorn
mixed herbs
black pepper

I pricked the base and baked the pizza for 8 minutes.

Maybe more syns? I don't even care! LOL It was soooo good. I had it with SW chips, mushy peas and vinegar. I am doomed!

silly sausauge - Can you make your own bread and class it as a HEB??

Oh I don't know 100% Honey, but I do it and I still lose weight.

The rolls are 50-60g each. I have altered the original recipe to replace the butter with olive oil. I use half wholemeal and half white flours so maybe not a HE, but I don't know the flour proportions in commercial bread.

As long as I keep losing I guess I will count it as it is the only bread my fussy kids can both agree on  lol

Ah, fair enough..... I'm a bit like that, i slightly make my HE up as i go along. lol
Still think i'll leave the bread maker in the cupboard, it'll be the begining of the end if i get that out of retitrement!! what do you think caused me to gain the weight :( !!

Thanks Evethewitch. That is very interesting news.

I have tried to compare my bread to the Tesco mix, but am none the wiser as I don't know what half these things are lol

Ingredients

Wholemeal Wheat Flour (92%),Yeast ,Wheat Flour ,Salt ,Chickpea Flour ,Vegetable Fat , Emulsifier (Mono- and Di-Acetyltartaric Esters of Mono- and Di-Glycerides of Fatty Acids) ,Dextrose ,TempText2.

I think I will stick with using my bread as a hex as long as I am still losing. If I start to gain, I will knock it on the head.
