Looks lovely but also.... omg, the biggest fruit bowl I've ever seen, wow x

I've just shopped!! Give it a few days and it will be looking a bit bare lol x

what is this?

It was a Quorn 'Lamb chop', Broccoli obviously, then sweet potato and BNS mash, with some low fat yogurt to make creamy (mashed through the potato ricer) and then potato squares roasted with garlic and rosemary first, then softened onion and cooked bacon/quorn bacon grilled, mix all together and put in baking dish and the HEA of cheese over the top.
( They serve it in out local pub, just pinched the idea and SW'd it )

Dinner tonight was leftover roasted veggies with a fried egg on top. Reheated it in the over and it turned out to be delicious!

rosti pizza is such a good idea! i love rostis! apparently sweet potato ones are great too but haven't tried it yet although i do have some sweet potatoes in the cupboard so maybe tomorrow!
