Chinese Pork Chops (in the slow cooker)

I served it with rice and salad (not pictured). Absolutely delish. I posted the recipe in the recipe section if interested.

Here's recipe saucy:-

CHEESY POTATO PIE

serves 4 as veg accompaniment or 2 very large portions As main dish.
Peel and Cube 3 large baking potatoes and boil until tender. Meanwhile chop half a leek and slice half a dozen mushrooms, cook in frylight.
Then mash potatoes with 300ml of veg stock from a veg stock cube. Stir in half a tub of Philly any flavour. Salt, pepper and a tsp garlic powder. Add leeks and mushrooms. Add 2 hea's of grated cheese from Allowance stir together, then transfer to bAking dish, top with another 2 hea's of any cheese ( i used cheddar in the mash and emmental on top) and cook until melted and browned approx 20 mins.

Do you not miss the croutons and cheese with your french onion soup ginlin? I couldnt eat mine without it-they are what makes it for me! I use the pagan krisprolls with melted cheese as croutons so HEA+HEB

Definately!

And I normally, and did the day before with the other half of the soup, have grilled cheese on toast, cut up and floating in it.

But, sadly, I had to eat the ham that day.
 
Pete’s Leek & Cheese Pie

Serves 2

Ingredients

4 Leeks cut into 20mm pieces (s)
45g Mozzarella cheese, cut into small pieces (1Hea)
45g Low Fat Cheddar Cheese, grated (1Hea)
400g Baked Beans (ss)
2 Eggs

Method

Cut the leeks and part cook for 5 mins, drain and in an oven-proof dish, sprayed in Fry Light, place the leeks on end to cover the dish, cover with the grated cheddar cheese then the Mozzarella. Cook for 20-25 mins until the cheese has melted. Plate up with baked beans & a fried egg.

Pete’s Leek, Potato & Mushroom Soup

Serves 4

Ingredients

1 Potato, chopped finely
1 Celery, chopped finely (s)
1 Onion, chopped finely (s)
1Ltr Vegetable stock
2 Leeks, chopped finely (s)
4 Mushrooms, chopped finely(s)
Knorr “herb” stock pot

Method

Cut veg. & soften in a deep saucepan sprayed with Fry Light, when softened, place an “herb” stock pot on top of the veg. and allow to infuse. Mix well, add 1Ltr of stock, season & bring to the boil.
Reduce the heat & simmer for 20 mins, remove from the heat and liquidise with a hand blender, return to the heat for 10 mins.

6 Multigrain Finn Crisp (HExB) with Half a tub of Low Low cheddar spread (HExA), cucumber, tomatoe, beetroot, onion and black pepper....

Ginlin could you post the box of the finn crisps? Ive been looking for them but cant find them-im thinking it would be easier if i knew what i was looking for!
