Sounds lovely! How long did it take to make it?

only 10-15mins to prep then 35-40mins in the oven, the down side is it need to cool down before you chill it. So maybe best made night before or 1st thing in the morning if you want it for the tea time.

No probs charli,
I always make a lrg batch of roast veg & freeze it in portions ready to use in various recipes. In a lrg baking tray add 1tbs olive oil (hex b) 2 cloves of crushed garlic, chopped fresh basil & thyme as much as you like, s&p, add to that sliced courgete, red, yellow & green peppers & red onion, mix & spray with fry light, roast for abt 30mins on 170 or untill cooked. In a saucepan add a bottle of passata, 1tsp of each- marjoram, mixed herbs, oregano, 1sachet of bouquet garni simmer for 20mins, while thats cooking boil some pasta, drain. When sauce & veg is cooked pour pasta into an ovenproof dish mix with as much roast veg & sauce as you like, grate some cathedral city lighter (hex a) sprinkle over & put under the grill untill golden. If you do a large batch of the roast veg you only have to defrost your portion in the microwave x

Chocolate dessert...
I used 1/2 tub quark
1tsp cocoa powder (1syn)
2-4tbsp sweetener (to your own taste)
I then melted alpen light in microwave until completely in bits (almost bubbling)
then mix the alpen light in with the quark mixture,

Same as above except used 2 alpen lights as a ring base.
Add the rest of mixture on top to form a 'cheesecake' sw style...

beef stew i did in slow cooker...
beef joint, 2 onions, 2 carrots chopped, peas, broccoli, cauliflower, potatoes, tin chopped tomatoes, 2 beef oxo cubes & beef stock. i filled until everything was slighlty covered. so maybe 500ml hot water? then thickened up with sprinkle of smash until its how you want.. added salt & pepper.
