It was a steak pasty made with smash, and hash browns .
I chopped some steak and simmered it for about an hour in a beef stockpot and some water. Then made up some smash and rolled it out between cling film then filled the pasties with steak mix and folded over . Brush with egg and bake 20 mins or until browning.

Th hash browns were- 700g potatoes peeled, grated and fluid squeezed out from them. Mixed in with 1tsp oregano, a beaten egg ad 4 chopped spring onions. Made into mounds and Fried in a pan for 10 mins .

Quiche with sweetcorn red onion pepper mushroom bacon and chorizo.
With side salad and chicken tikka slices

Avocado and Fish Stick Salad.jpg

Today's lunch - a salad of avocado - didn't eat all of this so weighed it both before eating and after eating, and I had only eaten 40g avocado (around 4 syns) - crab/fish sticks, beetroot, lettuce, spring onion, cucumber with salt and lemon juice :)
