Soft cheese, potato, peas and broccoli frittata, Linda mac sausages and beans

How did u do the frittata as it looks yum x

POTATO PEAS, BROCCOLI & SOFT CHEESE FRITTATA
---------------------------------------------------- --------------
390g potatoes, peeled boiled and sliced
A tub of light soft cheese any variety
A cup of peas, and or cup of sweetcorn
6-7 florets of cooked broccoli left overs.
60g cheese
5 eggs beaten

Slice potatoes, boil then Place cooked potatoes in a flan dish, sprinkle peas / sweetcorn, and broccoli on top.

Beat the eggs, melt soft cheese in microwave to a thick sauce, beat in the eggs then pour over potatoes.

Grate the cheese on top and bake until set and brown

Hi Pebbles what brand of soft cheese did you use, i no you said any but yours looks lovely so would like to use the same ingredients & did you slice potatoes thick ? X
 
A few meals I've had lately!

Turkey in a wine/garlic creamy sauce with veg and mashed swede (2.5 syns in total) anddd Buffalo chicken and coleslaw burrito (7.5 syns but totally worth it)

Looks lovely could you tell me how you made the creamy wine/garlic sauce. Always looking for a nice low syn sauce x
 
Thanks :) I fried some onions and bacon with frylight, added some turkey and cooked it through. Add a crushed garlic clove (i used the frozen ones from Sainsburys, they're amazing!) and about 75mls of white wine and 2 chicken stock cubes, which made a sort of paste. I then added about 200mls of boiling water and 75g philadelphia light with chives and simmered it all down! It was really tasty, will def make again! x

Really yummy! Just added some cooked chicken, onions fried in FryLight and peas! Tasted just like Chinese!
