Lol! I started an exercise challenge in the other forum bit but I'm all by myself atm lol, I've picked an amount of minutes I wanna do by the end of Feb and I'm nowhere near :(

I dunno.., I'd finally got my 5% according to her scales and my first silver 7... but when I asked about the book and the fact that I think my points should have changed she was all 'well.. we don't actually bother til you've lost at least a stone so.. if you want stuff, get it yourself...blahblahblah!'

Ooooh! 19lbs!! Get you >_< I've got some catching up to do me thinks! :D xx
