Breakfast frozen mixed berries and fat free bio yoghurt smoothie (sf)
2 weetabix and 200 mls semi skimmed milk (2 HEX)
1 tsp sugar (1 syn)

Need to go shopping before I can have anything else!

Tried quorn sausages verdict still out!
Bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes (sf)
2xwholemeal bread (Hex)
Clover spread 3tsp (4.5 syns)

Muller light yoghurt
