ive not been 100% ts since thurs. im totally run down with the cold so hope the vitamins and nutrients will do me the world of good. its my wee ones birthday 28/9 and im planning (hoping) to be 100% ts till then. im aiming for 9st 7lbs.... wish me luck. xx
