In this month's Healthy magazine from Holland and Barrett it says just a quarter teaspoon of cinnamon a day helps to lower blood sugar and cholesterol levels - so good for GI people! I read it's nice sprinkled on pears so think I'll try this as a warming fruit option :)

Just the word 'lime' makes my tongue salivate lol I keep thinking they're as sour as lemons :D
 
So sorry to hear about your loss, I lost my mum 2 days before xmas a couple of years ago and just wallowed in chocolate trying to justify it with my sadness :sigh: VERY well done to you getting yourself sorted and onto your 'diet' again before you undid the marvellous work you've done so far. You really have done so well!

As for the apple and cinnamon granola, it really is lovely, I got my first box last week and it included the apple and cinnamon. I find all the granola's really nice though,
