im from northern Ireland 2,went 2 the class on monday evening and have 2 say it was crazy busy,hope it calms down,could nt even get a seat
 
i'd say this weeek going to be mad in there as so much confusion last week over the wheel that we didnt find out any info at all!!

I have seen a couple of people mention butternut squash chips.... is this literally chips made from butternut squash? How do you cook them?
