Hi all,
Horrible weather today or what,it's peeing it down here
Anyway, I started back at the gym today and plan to do 1hr 3 times a week.
My trainer was shocked when I said I was only consuming about 4kcal/day, and he suggested that on my training days I should have some extra protien.
I don't know what to do, Im SS'ing would I still lose if I did AMM 3 x week on my gym days monday, wednesday and fridays?
