    Hi All

I have some Psyllium Husk as I have been known to suffer with Constipation so thought i'd be prepared and some kind soul posted a thread on here about how to use it to make porridge with the shakes!

Thought i'd share with anyone else who wants to try it as its not bad at all.

Mix about 400mls of hot water blended
with any sweet Cambridge sachet, pour into a big bowl. Then i added 2 dessert spoons of pure psyllium husks and stirred them in for quite a while and it resulted in lovely porridge - btw I used butterscotch :)
