psyllium husk capsules

i bought psyllium husk capsules last week, on the instructions it says you should take 2 capsules, 3 times a day. is this too much on CD as although i need to keep regular,i'm worried that too much bulking will affect weight loss and that it may be too much bulk for the amount of food i'm having on SS (i.e. none!)

how many do others take a day?

I usually take 4 & go every other day. It seems the right amount to keep things moving without laxatives.

hi folks can you only get these in holland and barret? has anyone used the regular plain fibrogel? thanks

No to fibrogel but you can get husks online too

I bought these yesterday from Holland and Barrett. They are half price at min and you get second purchase half price again so just over £8.00 for 400 tablets
