Pulse in tummy? Worried??!!!

Hii, since starting this diet I've had a VERY strong pulse in my tummy :-/ especially when I lie down! I can feel it without touching it n at times can see my tummy pulsating in rhythm with it.

Has anyone else got this????????? X

I asked my mum n she said it isn't normal and started going on about aorta anorism n I got kinda worried! Lol x

Haha your aorta has a pulse in your abdomen right below the middle of your ribs and its quite normal to see it I've even noticed it on my kiddies bellys before. Obviously if you notice a swelling and its pulsating really bad it could be more serious xx
