Snack; apple, banana, mullerlight

Feel like I can't stop eating today

Then after work I had, 1 pancake with marmalade, lots of choc biscuits, popcorn at cinema, fanta, more chocolate, ice-cream, ww dessert, cappuccino, more chocolate, and chinese. Feel like sh*te now, why do I do this???

New start tomorrow, and will do 2hrs exercise- 60mins treadmill, 30mins bike, 30mins squats/lunges/crunches/tricep dips etc
!!! I can do this !!!
