Hi there my weigh in day is Tuesday though due to my job where I can work 24 hr shifts etc I wont always be able to record it on here on a Tuesday.
Not very technical do don't know how to make a weight loss chart like the ones on here.
Anyway I started last week at 13St 6lbs or 188 lbs and I lost 8 and a half pounds
Today Tuesday 2Nd week I have lost 4lbs Laura
Just noticed the joined October 2006 on my profile thats because I did do this diet in 2006 I lost my weight but regained it in time i hope to be more careful with maintenance this time
