Well I have been doing the shred level 1 since Friday, today is day 5 for me and I love it, it really makes me feel like I am actively doing something to move this weight!!
Have been doing it of a night when kids in bed then having a nice bath and my last shake hot!! When I have dieted previously havent really done any exercise so hoping it makes a big difference!!
How is everyone else getting on? xx
