Quark jelly!

Made this last night:

Hartleys no sugar jelly (10 cals a portion) made with 1/2 pint of boiling water, allow to cool slightly.
Mix in 1 tub of quark and stir well then refrigerate.

Looking good like it's set hard, should be a nice pud!

Really lovely, made another a couple of nights ago with blackcurrant jelly, really yummy!

Really want to try this out,did you use a whole block of jelly? Also how big was your tub of quark? Don't wanna mess it up!!!

It's jelly crystals which are sugar free, the 10 calorie tubs made up have citric acid in but there's no mention of it on the sachets,

It is a whole tub in there, not sure on the size, must be about half a pint cuz when added to half a pint of water it makes about a pint x
