Is there a full fat version of quark as I've found quark with herbs in lidl today but feel it may be full fat as it actually tasted nice and said it contained 1.9g fat per 100g xx

It's extremely uncommon as it is normally low-fat cheese made from skimmed milk and used by slimmers.
If you have found it in Lidl with Herbs in it, a larger branch may have the full-fat version available.

It might be because I'm in Spain but it's said quark but had 1.9g fat per 100g so don't know how that compares to others ? Xx

That appears to be the medium fat variety. Generally the low fat/virtually fat free variety has 0.2g of fat per 100g of product.
