Query about HEX's on EE

Hi,

I am following the EE plan but because I live in Ireland, I am having to go it alone cos there's no groups near me.

When doing the EE plan, what counts as a HEX? Would it be anything that it counted as a HEX when doing either the red/green plan?

Could I have Oat So Simple porridge, Pagen Krisprolls for example?

On EE it's basically the same as those you can have on red and gree with the exception that cheese is not a HEB and you can't have the things that come under nuts and seeds.

So yes your porridge and krisp rolls are still HEBs.
