Question about Carbohydrates..

Hi everyone,
Having been searching for the answer to this question for days now, and haven't found out what it is.. Does anyone know how many Grams per day of Carbohydrates, or per meal/shake before being kicked outta ketosis and interfering with weight loss.

There really is no definitive answer, everyone has a different tolerance to carbs, some people can have more than 100gms each day, some have to keep it as low as 20, sorry but it's something you have to experiment with as you slowly reintroduce carbs back into the diet to find out
