Question about Step 3 / 1000 plan..

.. Just been looking through the yellow CD booklet and am just looking ahead to the 1000 plan but I'm a bit confused about the difference between step 3a and 3b.. which one should I follow???

I am obviously still trying to lose weight.. by the time I start this step I will still have about 1.5 stone to lose.

if you are working up the stages and doing 2 weeks on 1000 then you need plan A, plan B is for those on a longer weight loss programme x

Fuzzy is right, but if you are moving into maintenance then you need to do 3A to get used to carbs again as canireallydothis has already mentioned.
