Question about Step 3 / 1000 plan..

    .. Just been looking through the yellow CD booklet and am just looking ahead to the 1000 plan but I'm a bit confused about the difference between step 3a and 3b.. which one should I follow???

    I am obviously still trying to lose weight.. by the time I start this step I will still have about 1.5 stone to lose.

    Advice pleeeeease! :D

    Step a is lower in carbs than step b , they have the same amount of calories as each other,really it is upto you which one you prefer.

    if you are working up the stages and doing 2 weeks on 1000 then you need plan A, plan B is for those on a longer weight loss programme x

    Step B will be a slightly quicker weight loss as less carbs....xxx

    Fuzzy is right, but if you are moving into maintenance then you need to do 3A to get used to carbs again as canireallydothis has already mentioned.

    Right.. so step a first then on to step b after the 2 weeks (or however long I do it)? Thanks guys x
