Question about the one third superfree rule.

Hi guys,

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I can't find anything on it.

I know that one third of my meal should be superfree - so can I have fruit as the one third? For example, I am having sushi for lunch today but don't really want to have a salad with it so could I have a portion of pineapple first, then have the sushi? Then I would have berries and mullerlight for pudding. Does this sound ok?
