    Hello all
I have a question about moving up a plan when i go on holiday.
I am going away for 2 weeks on 21st may and was talking to my cdc about ssing on holiday, he told me its not a good idea [why??] he said i would basically not be able to stick to it whilst away, so has advised that the week before i go i move up to 790 then whilst away i have 2 packs a day and a meal in the evening, is this correct advice? is a week not too quick to move up 2 whole plans, any advice

    Hi there

I'm not a CDC (yet) but I went on holidays for a week (week 5 of CD) and I ss'd the whole way ..I have to say it WAS hard but if you really want to, you CAN do it!!

Good luck with whatever you decide

If you feel you can stick to SS on holiday then do so.

The advice given by your CDC is sound if you are thinking about eating.

Your body will be able to cope with the food better if it is staged like this.

So you must make a decision SS or not to SS and prepare accordingly.
