Question - Fry Light Spray

Fry light is hideous stuff, had ruined every non stick pan I've ever had and my mother in laws actifry.

I won't use it anymore. I use the bertolli olive oil spray instead.

I just don't use non-stick pans. Never really have.

The garlic infused one tastes really artificial/synthetic to me, I don't like it at all.

I tend to use the standard Frylight sprays rather than the infusion ones as they could be a little restrictive.
The butter ones are great for pancakes or mushrooms if I have them cooked on toast.
Sunflower spray is great for stir fries and the Olive Oil spray is fab for Mediterranean foods.
