Question - Hips - exercise???

Right, well my hips are not shrinking yet my waist and thighs are therefor they aint in proportion to the min - they really stick out andare getting on my nerves!

What can I do to help em shrink em.....lol

Yea - i used to cycle absolutely everywhere and lost a stone through cycling alone. I would cycle to school with my daughter and then home again, to do the shopping, to pick my daughter up from school - it all added up and i did it 5 days a week.

I have big hips, and it shifted them for me.

I need a cheap option....

I swim but thats shrinking waist and legs not hips.... I might try leg raises and all that kinda stuff!?x
