I'm in the menopause on hrt but I've found that the hot flushes are overtaking the cold from the ketosis. What I want to ask is, does anyone know if I'd be ok to take starflower oil as it helps with those symptoms?

Thanks Debz, I'll take one tonight and check myself in the morning see what happens. It's not too bad, but I'm too hot at night and it's keeping me awake now

The soya in the lactose free shakes should help with your symptoms too

Soya isoflavones is a fabulous treatment for menopause but is also found in soya itself.
