Hi, im wondering if you are allowed to add salt to water when boiling broccoli and mushrooms? and you no the shwartz salad seasonings? (its like a salt) can we use them to liven up a salad? Iv looked on the little tub but has no nutritional value on it.
 
I never add salt personally. I think we're supposed to watch salt as it can make you retain water. Just a touch wouldn't hurt too much I guess tho.
 
I've added a quick salt shake or two to soups on occasions when I've been feeling weak or a bit 'off'. Suspect my water intake can be too high and the salt might boost electrolytes. Seems to help. Could be mind games but hey, I'll take those too- no carbs!
