Hi guys, as I've said I will be starting refeed on Thursday eeeek:( i'm so scared!! I have a few questions,
is a chicken fillet enough or toomuch? I'm not at all domesticated and have always been an easy food person, take aways etc! Well never again! However because of this I have no idea what "3oz" actually is?!!? Please don't laugh! And do I fry it or boil it or what? I'm sorry this is an ignorant question but i need to be fully prepared! Also, the tuna, can that be a can eg.in brine etc??

Thanks and sorry again!

Hi Daisy

Not on refeed yet - but palm of your hand size for meat apparently - so one chicken breast should be fine. Try grilling the chicken or have you got a George Forman lean mean grillin' thingy?? Prob more tasty than boiling, or one-cal spray to quick fry?

Tuna in brine would be okay I think, rather than sunflower oil

Half the size of a medium chicken breast.

Wish I could find a photo...

I would try leafy greens to start or broccoli, I had chicken or fish with lettuce and cucumber or chicken and mushrooms to start.

As for chicken I got some cheap scales... I've got big hands for a girl! lol
