Dont think you can have tomato or onions coz theyve got lots of carbs in x
I have onions and tomatoes in my ocassional omelettes when I feel a bit shaky after a hard shift and I have been OK with it and still in ketosis.

But not too much. Maybe at most 1/4 onion chopped and a couple of cherry toms or half a big one.

Must be an individual thing.
