Quick hi

Just popped in quickly, hope everyone is OK and losing weight!

Have decided to do conso mostly while it's holiday time as it's not fair on people cooking for me and me not eating it (but am having very small portions, avoiding alocohol and puds - which I'm not bothered about anyway - and continuing the brans in the morning)! Anyway, will do PP on days where no eating at friends/outings with family are involved so hopefully that will work. I'm still very focused so I know I won't blow it totally, so at best weight stays stable (as on conso) or at worst there will be a slight gain after the fortnight and then I'll be back with bells on!

The good doctor does agree with doing Conso on holiday, including fruit... far better than trying to stick rigidly to it, then losing the plot when it becomes impossible/unrealistic on holiday!

Lovely of you to pop in... and I sincerely hope your weather is nicer than ours (although "rumour has it" that it's gonna heat up to 30-35+ over the weekend!)
