quick question! aarrhh I am thick!!!

4 - 6 oz??? what is that in grams?? I ve bought two chichen breast fillets it says on the pack 286g in total (not even sure if this is kilograms)
I was thinking of having one chichen breast for lunch with a small salad. Is one chichen breast sound about right????? I ve not got any scales aarrhhh!!!!!!!! please I need quick help!!!!! before lunch xxxxx!!!!!

One chicken breast will be fine. If you google weight conversions you will be able to convert grammes into oz.

1oz is approx 28gr, if you round it down (making smaller portions) to 25 or round it up to 30, makes it easier to work out in your head!
