Hi, I've just joined and only got the magazine to go by as I am waiting for my "at home" pack. I note that we are only supposed to eat foods with less than 5% fat. Is this the total fat or the saturated fat? many thanks

Thanks for that - used to looking at saturated fat when working out weight watchers points.

Yeah, trouble is, saturated fat isn't good for you for both weight and health, and whilst there are good fats, they are still not good for weightloss. Unless you lived off 0% fat foods then you'll usually get enough fat in what you eat without needing to add any more. We (as a nation) just add fat for taste or ease of cooking, but a good non-stick pan and baking trays should do the job just as well :)

Must admit, I do occasionally miss my Lurpack Light on my bread though!
